HEALTH COACHING SERVICES
INITIAL CONSULTATION
The Initial consultation consists of one free, 30 minute session. During our time together, we’ll discuss your health history and your health goals. From there, we determine together if health coaching is the right fit for you, and if the jump start program or six month program suits you best.
THE WELLNESS JUMPSTART
This personalized plan is a short-term option to get you started on your journey to reaching your health goals. This plan includes one free initial consultation, a personalized meal plan and prep guide, fitness guide, and a supplement plan, based on your unique needs and goals.
THE SIX MONTH PROGRAM
The six month program is our signature health coaching program. This program includes 12, 50-minute virtual coaching sessions, a meal plan/prep guide, a fitness guide, and supplement plan all personalized to you. You get direct access to your coach, Savannah, through email/phone number, as well as weekly check ins in between bi-weekly coaching sessions. Additional resources are offered throughout the program, and include but are not limited to: healthy recipe guides, cycle education and cycle syncing, daily and weekly planners, food tracking diaries, journal prompts and more.

YOGA SERVICES
Meditation + Pranayama
In these 45 minute virtual sessions, Savannah will lead you through meditative and ancient breathing practices that reduce stress and inflammation, foster mindfulness, and heal your nervous system. Pricing varies based on length of session. If you’re interested in in-person sessions, contact me for more details.
Asana Practice
In these 60 minute virtual sessions, Savannah will lead you through various Hatha, Vinyasa, and/or restorative flows. At The GJC, we focus on adjustment and alignment techniques to aid in developing a healthy and strong practice, how to avoid injury in your practice, and how to practice with an injury to support healing. Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a practice that allows you to explore your inner subconscious through guided meditation. Translated, “yoga” means union, and “nidra” means sleep. As a Yoga Nidra teacher, Savannah aims to help you explore your inner world, overcome your internal obstacles, and help you feel more rested and revived than ever before.
